રિપોર્ટમાં આમ પણ કહેવામાં આવ્યુ છે કે, પ્લેન ક્રેશના કારણે નેતાજીને ઘણી 
બધી જગ્યાએ વાગ્યુ હતુ અને તેઓ દાઝી ગયા હતા. ત્યારબાદ નેતાજીએ તાઈપેની 
આર્મી હોસ્પીટલની નનમોન બ્રાન્ચમાં 18 ઓગષ્ટ 1945માં છેલ્લા શ્વાસ લીધા

નેતાજીના મોતથી સંકળાયેલા અમુક ગુપ્ત દસ્તાવેજોને ભારત સરકારે જાન્યુઆરીમાં

ઘાયલ થયા હતા. રિપોર્ટમાં આગળ જણાવ્યુ છે કે, નેતાજીને લગભગ 3 વાગે તાઈપેની
 આર્મી હોસ્પીટલમાં લઈ જવામાં આવ્યા, પરંતુ સાંજના 7 વાગે તેમની મોત થઈ ગઈ

કે, 22 ઓગષ્ટ 1945 તાઈપેમાં નિગમ સ્મશાન ઘટમાં તેમના અંતિમ સંસ્કાર કરવામાં
