A good teacher can be defined as someone who always pushes students to want to do their best while at the same time trying to make learning interesting as well as creative. A positive or negative influence from a teacher early on in life can have a great effect on the life of a child. </div>

Teachers, especially at the elementary level, must be very creative with their teaching styles. Not every child learns the same way, nor are they interested in the same things. It is difficult to keep the attention of 15-20 children under the age of ten. Classroom setup and design is a good way to get and keep the attention of students.<br />
Workstations are a good way to encourage different types of learning. By allowing children a chance to choose which activities they want to participate in, children are taking control of their own education. At the elementary level, children are always learning and sometimes don't even know it. When I was in kindergarten, I can remember playing at the different stations in the classroom.</div>

         One station was for gardening and we could plant seeds and check them every day to see how much they had grown. Another station in that classroom that sticks out in my mind is the arts and crafts station. There was a large array of crayons, markers, scissors, construction paper and building materials we could use to make pretty decorations to give to our parents for our homes</div>

For enhanced participation of electors in the electoral process and reducing the electoral malpractices, it is essential to improve the quality of electoral registration process and of the electoral rolls. Booth Level Officer (BLO) is a local Government/Semi-Government official, familiar with the local electors and generally a voter in the same polling area who assists in updating the roll using his local knowledge. In fact, BLO is a representative of Election Commission of India (ECI) at the grass-root level who plays a pivotal role in the process of roll revision and collecting actual field information with regard to the roll corresponding to the polling area assigned to him.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Under Section 13B (2) of Representation of People Act, 1950, BLOs are appointed from amongst the officers of the Govt. /Semi Govt. /Local Bodies. Generally, one BLO is responsible for one part of the electoral roll. From August, 2006 the Commission has decided to introduce the concept of appointing BLOs who would be accountable for ensuring the fidelity of electoral roll.+</p>
<p dir="ltr">The ECI introduced this new system of appointing BLOs creating a clear line of accountability for preparation of an error-free electoral roll, making the BLOs its custodian at the polling booth level. Previously, voter-identification slips used to be distributed by the contesting candidates of various political parties and that gave scope for complaints. The preparation of accurate electoral rolls and direct distribution of voter identification slip by the BLOs also boosted voter confidence in the credibility of the election process.</p>

The examination will consist of a Computer Based Examination (Tier-I), Descriptive Paper<br>
(Tier-II) and Typing Test/ Skill Test (Tier-III).<br>
Computer Based Examination: Tier-I (Objective Type):</p>
<p dir="ltr">Tier-II (Descriptive Paper): <br>
Tier-II Paper will be a descriptive Paper of 100 Marks in ‘Pen and Paper Mode<br>
The duration of the paper would be for one hour (20 minutes compensatory time will also<br>
be provided to the candidates mentioned in Para 7 above). This paper has been<br>
introduced to assess the writing skills of the candidates which is necessary in Government<br>
jobs. The Paper would comprise writing of an Essay of 200-250 words and Letter/<br>
Application of approximately 150-200 words. The minimum qualifying marks in Tier-II would<br>
be 33 per cent. The performance in Tier II would be included for preparing merit. The paper<br>
will have to be written either in Hindi or in English. Part paper written in Hindi and Part in<br>
English will not be evaluated.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Tier-III Examination: Tier-III of the Examination would be the Skill Test/ Typing Test which would be of qualifying nature. Skill Test/ Typing Test would be in consonance with the provisions contained in para 12.2 and 12.3 given below. The final merit of the successful candidates would be determined<br>
on the basis of total score obtained by them in Tier-I and Tier-II.</p>

I wrote about the facts of the event,” try “While employed in the research department, I wrote a briefing about XYZ.” Also, if it isn’t relevant to the job, leave it out.</div>

Deposit being available in the market[3] less than 10% of Indian households have invested in mutual funds.[citation needed] A recent report on Mutual Fund Investments in India published by research and analytics firm, Boston Analytics, suggests investors are holding back from putting their money into mutual funds due to their perceived high risk and a lack of information on how mutual funds work.[4] There are 46 Mutual Funds as of June 2013.</p>
<p dir="ltr">The primary reason for not investing appears to be correlated with city size. Among respondents with a high savings rate, close to 40% of those who live in metros and Tier I cities considered such investments to be very risky, whereas 33% of those in Tier II cities said they did not know how or where to invest in such assets.</p>
